Terms & Conditions
The prize draw is open to all B2B booking agents and corporate clients. Only entrants using a valid business email address are eligible.
Contracting business includes groups of 8 rooms or more and all products including: Meetings, Conferences, Training, Exclusive Use, Hotel Social Events, Roadshows/Exhibitions, Sports Groups, Associations, Weddings, Celebrations, and Christmas events.
No registration or sign-up is required. Any qualifying enquiry and confirmed booking within the campaign period will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
The prize consists of £1,000 in vouchers. There is no cash alternative; however, an alternative prize of equivalent value may be offered as a donation to a registered charity chosen by the winner.
The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
LGH Hotels Management’s decision is final, and the company reserves the right to withdraw or amend the prize draw at any time.
Employees of LGH Hotel Management Ltd and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
If accepting vouchers for travel-related use, participants acknowledge that LGH Hotels Management is not responsible for any travel disruption, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur. Winners are advised to take appropriate insurance and precautions.
