To participate, you must check-in online on the Race for a Space landing page.

The competition is open to all B2B booking agents and corporate client, only entrants using a business email address are eligible.

Contracting business includes groups of 8 rooms or more and all products including Meetings, Conference, Training, Exclusive use, Hotel social events, Roadshows/Exhibitions, Sports Groups, Associations, Weddings, Celebrations, Christmas.

There will be three Quarterly Winners, Q4 2025, Q1 2026 and Q2 2026. The deadlines to submit your completion of the race per quarter are as follows. Q4 2025: 19th December. Q1 2026: 27th March. Q2: 19th June.

To be entered into the quarterly prize draw, all eleven tiles must be completed and form submitted on Race for a Space landing page.

A winner to be announced at the end of December 2025, the end of March 2025 and end of June 2025.

Each quarterly prize will be £5,000 in vouchers as agreed via the LGH account manager.

Please note: no cash alternative offered, although an alternative prize of the equivalent value can be offered as a donation to a registered charity chosen by the winner, The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.

LGH Hotels Management’s decision is final, the company reserves the right to withdraw from the competition at any time.

Employees of LGH Hotel Management Ltd and their families are not eligible to enter.
